This book is written in English as a gift for Australia's tolerance for Vietnamese compatriots.
Professor Ho Van Hoa taught for many years in Vietnam and successfully defended his dissertation Khoa Hoc in March 1975.
He said the purpose of writing this booklet was in an interview with SBS Vietnamese.
