Top United Nations officials have briefed the Security Council on the humanitarian situation in Yemen, saying restricted access to ports and a potential for an outbreak of cholera are putting millions of people at risk. The U-N's Special Envoy for Yemen says he plans to present a new framework for fresh negotiations within two months to end the conflict. But he's warned that further military action could jeopardise peace
