Multicultural groups upset over changes to migrant welfare

Multicultural groups say they are shocked and disappointed by new laws which will force many migrants to wait four years before they can qualify for the dole. The Federal Opposition is facing savage criticism for backing the legislation, which cleared federal parliament on Monday night.
