In 1970s, the people of the South of Vietnam was much in love with Scarborough Fair in Vietnamese version which was translated by the well-known composer Pham Duy. Even though the original song is in English and it was hit at the time, but Nana Mouskouri's French version 'Chere feuilee que tu est loin through' was the one that inspired Pham Duy - the witch in Vietnamese music world to translate and made it into so much familiar and cultural closeness to Vietnamese people. sung by Nina
