The Malaysian Prime Minister has called for foreign intervention to stop what he calls the 'genocide' of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.

It comes as former UN Secretary-General, Kofi Annan, visited Myanmar's troubled northern Rakhine state.

Mr Annan visited Myanmar at the request of the government and says he's not there to police human rights but to find a solution.
