Network encourages women to break 'the code ceiling'

Ally Watson and Marcellina Mardian had been working in a man's world for more than a decade when they decided to do something about it.

They started "Code like a Girl" - a network offering support, education and encouragement for women in tech.

Now, Ally and Marcellina are looking to inspire the next generation of young women, and help the I-T sector recognise their untapped potential.
