In 2105, the preliminary hearing on Nguyen mai Trung Tuan, 14, who was balmed by local authorities of resisting law enforcement personnel, in the enforcement of land, resulting with a verdict of 4 years and 6 months in prison.
Today 01.02.2016, the appeal court postponed the hearing. Lawyer Nguyen Van Mieng, one of the defense lawyers for Tuan talked about the delayed reasons.
