A North Korean defector whose harrowing story caught the attention of United States president Donald Trump earlier this year has spoken out ahead of the historic US-North Korean summit. Ji Seong-ho, who lost limbs and endured torture under North Korean authorities, has told SBS he hopes the issue of human-rights abuses will not be ignored at this week's summit in Singapore.
