North Korea letter just a Trump 'rant': Turnbull

North Korea has written an open letter to Australia's Federal Parliament urging it to distance itself from the Trump administration. The country described itself as a "fully-fledged nuclear power" and said any attempt by the United States to destroy it could lead to a "horrible nuclear disaster".
