Like all Vietnamese parents, lawyer Duc Minh, a father with two daughters living in Sydney, shared that he also cherishes the dream of pursuing the better education" for his two daughters. Living in Australia for more than 30 years, lawyer Duc Minh witnessed the "endless arms race" of Asian parents in tutoring classes, wishing their children win a seat in selective school.
