Possible compromise on sending Nauru families to New Zealand

The Federal Opposition says it is willing to compromise on Government legislation which could lead to removing children from detention on Nauru. Prime Minister Scott Morrison is facing pressure to get ailing refugee children and their families off the Pacific island, with some children already transferred to Australia to receive medical treatment. The transfers come as Independent MP Andrew Wilkie also says he would compromise on some aspects of the legislation.
