After 7 times to negotiate with 15 trips, finally 'the prisoner of the century' Huynh Van Nen has accepted the compensation of 10 billion dong to 18 unjustyears in prison.
Huynh Van Nen born in 1962, in Binh Thuan, 55 years old this year, has been sentenced by the People's Court sentenced Binh Thuan province, of three crimes: "Murder", "Robbery citizens", "Deliberate destruction of property of citizens", in The First-Instance Criminal Trial dated 31/ 08/2000.
