Racism has been one of the focuses of discussions at the annual conference of the Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia (FECCA) in Darwin.


The conference began on Sunday Oct 8 and continues through Tuesday Oct 10.

Actor and author Jenevieve Chang arrived in Sydney from Taiwan in the 1980s as a four-year-old.
