The federal government is refusing to confirm reports it's offering to increase publicly-funded paid parental leave in order to secure support for a reform bill in the Senate.
Meanwhile, legislation to restore the national construction industry monitor - the Australian Building and Construction Commission - is listed for debate in the Senate as early as Tuesday 22/11.
