An extraordinary general meeting has voted in favour of changes to Australian football's governance model, expanding the size of its Congress in Australia. It keeps Football Federation Australia out of the FIFA firing line, but outgoing chairman Steven Lowy has expressed grave fears for the future of football in Australia.
