Brazil has sworn in a new president just hours after the country's senate voted to remove President Dilma Rousseff (JIL-muh ROO-sef) from office.
The country's first elected female leader was found guilty of illegally tampering with the country's budget two years ago to hide a growing deficit.
But Ms Rousseff says she has committed no crimes and is the victim of a parliamentary coup.
