Labor Senator Sam Dastyari has been sacked from two senate leadership roles, over links to a Chinese donor. The 34-year-old Senator from New South Wales was forced out by Opposition Leader Bill Shorten, although he will remain as a backbench senator.


As calls for him to quit politics heighten, the Opposition leader maintains that step is unnecessary.
