Flooding and heavy rains are hampering aid efforts to badly-hit communities in Mozambique, just several days after a second cyclone in six weeks.


Aid agencies say it's causing them to run a start-stop operation, causing concern for those still in need. 

Authorities say at least 41 people have died as a result of the most recent cyclone, but they are expecting that number to rise
