Lyma Nguyen became the first Australian woman to be admitted as International Counsel for Civil Parties in the ECCC. She acts on behalf of ethnic Vietnamese Cambodians - as well as foreign nationals from Australia, New Zealand and the United States - who suffered during the Khmer Rouge regime.
