Dieu Nguyen has worked as a mental health occupational therapist with persons experiencing homelessness. She used to work with persons with vision loss and blindness at Vision Australia. She has developed a holistic and integrative program about body movement and self expression for persons with low vision and blindness that was recognised and invited to New Zealand for a workshop.
