The Chefs Line starting Monday 3 April on SBS will explore the heritage, history and diversity that drives Australias food culture, with home cooks challenging an entire chefs line from some of the best restaurants across the country.
Each week, the series will celebrate a different cuisine - the first being Vietnamese. Vietnamese Week features the chefs from Australias most awarded Vietnamese restaurant, Dandelion, and four home cooks with a passion for Vietnamese cuisine including passionate home cook Thanh Truong.
