Starting to participate in community activities at age 3, Tania Tu Phuong Huynh has more than 25 years to joint community activities. She is currently Vice President of Vietnamese Community in Australia and the communications manager of the New South Wales Department of Public Health and working for the NSW state government in the health portfolio as the Communications Manager.


Tania is extremely active in the community and was awarded the Young Vietnamese Australian of the Year 2005 and Young Fairfield Citizen of the Year in 2009. Tanias commitment to strengthening multiculturalism was recognised by the Federal government in 2013 when she became a People of Australia Ambassador.
