The dreaded flood in late June in Ha Giang was reported as the historial flooding in this area which damaged not only houses, farms and property but also people. While this dreadful tragedy has been out of the spotlight amongs many things happened in Vietnam, there are volunteres who try to find way to help the victims to overcome their situations.
