In a nationally televised press conference, Japanese Prime Minister Shizon Abe announced that he would dissolve the House in on 28 September and declare early elections in October.

This is considered to be his height in order to capitalize on the rising credibility, according to an opinion poll last week at 44 percent, while the opposition was at about 28 percent.
However, according to correspondent Do Thong Minh from Tokyo reported to SBS Vietnamese, the main social security issue is the advantage of Mr. Abe.
