European leaders have called for unity in the face of Brexit and rising populism, and expressed concern over new U-S policies.
Leaders from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus have met in Lisbon to discuss how to confront a world with "growing uncertainties and instability".
