The World Health Organisation (WHO) has convened a special committee to consider the international risks of an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In its first meeting, the group will be asked if the outbreak should be declared an international health emergency. It comes after a case was confirmed in Mbandaka, [[m'ban-DAH-kuh]] a city of about 1 million people.
