Major security upgrades at parliament house in Canberra have been approved as a second protest erupted in the seat of government.
Two members of the same group which disrupted question time yesterday (Wed) managed to abseil down the front of the building as parliament resumed sitting this morning.
An investigation's also underway into security screening for the public who visit parliament house and how many should be allowed into the building at one time
