The Syrian government has joined its ally Russia in accusing the main opposition group of sabotaging Geneva talks aimed at ending the country's civil war.
The Syrian Opposition Delegation says it is committed to the talks but just needs more time.
It comes as the Syrian army says it has recaptured the ancient city of Palmyra after a series of successful military operations.
