The insurance company has just paid me a working accident, so do I have to pay taxes?


I work full-time for a company and have a small business at home, but do not do much but have to spend a lot of money to build a company. Can I file a tax return, and can the losses be offset against other income?

I received a letter from a fund saying that they would close my super account and transfer the amount to the Tax Office, so what should I do? Can I withdraw the money?

Does my business employ a foreign worker working on a global network, so can I file a tax return for my expenses?
