We reserve the time of this magazine to reply our listeners' questions.


Questions are:

1. By the end of June, I was 55 years old. If I want to retire, am I eligible for retirement to pay for my release and when I withdraw, is taxable?

2. I am currently working as a worker for a leather garment factory, but my employer requires me to register for ABN to be self-employed, so I will receive more money, if I do not have to deduct tax, is that right?

3. Please tell me if I sell the business with the shop, do I have to buy it?

4. I have a bank account for my 2 young children which currently has an amount of 10 thousand dollars. Now the Tax Office sends a notice that I have interest in the account in the last fiscal year without making a statement. So what can I do?

5. I plan to buy some equipments for business establishments, but I have heard that I should wait until July, it will be more beneficial, is it true?

6. If I buy income insurance and life insurance, what is the difference? If I buy the above insurance, will I be entitled to a tax deduction for the above costs?
