Tax & You (186) Hornsby: ATO’s next stop

The Tax Office announced that it would visit Hornsby region in northern Sydney, with The Black Economy Taskforce or cash economy.

It is known that every year the activities of this black economy cost about $ 50 billion to the economy. 

The Tax Office will visit about 10 thousand locations in the fiscal year, to ensure proper and legal tax returns.
