Ten confirmed dead in Paris' deadliest fire in a decade

At least 10 people have died as a result of Paris' deadliest fire in over a decade and firefighters warn the death toll could rise.

Police have arrested a 40-year-old woman on suspicion of starting a blaze that tore through an apartment block of a building in the French capital.
