The yellow flag was officially recognized by Yarra council

With the majority of council members agreed, the yellow flag was officially recognized by Yarra council as a symbol of Vietnamese refugees in Australia. Yarra has become the third city after Dandenong and Maribyrnong recognized the yellow flag.
