On 31st January 2018 at Hanoi, the People Court of Hanoi has opned a trial hearing to charge the three activists Vu Quang Thuan, Nguyen Van Dien and Tran Hoang Phuc on the charge of "Propaganda against the government "under Article 88 of the Penal Code. However, the three activists have turned their trial into a platform to denfend and avocate for their patiotism that made those who arw charging them uncomfortable in their seats.
