The entrepreneur being imprison for calling the Vietnam government to upholding the Law and its legislation has come to the day 21 on his second hunger strike in two year. The first one was on May 2016 when he refused to be released as deport to overseas as he said he wants to stay in Vietnam to serve for his country. This hunger strike as his told to his family is a demand to the Vietnam government to releases him with no any other biding conditions. He said his case can be take as an example for other prisoner of conscience who have been sentenced to the Act 79 like him being released according to the Amendment Penal Code 2015.
