Trump declares North Korea 'sponsor of terror'

North Korea has returned to the list of countries the United States views as state sponsors of terror. US President Donald Trump says it's an overdue step and comes as tensions remain high between the two countries, on a range of issues including North Korea's repeated nuclear tests and missile launches.
