Trump is withdrawing his country from the Paris climate change accord

President Donald Trump claims the Paris climate accord is bad for US workers, saying he represents the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.

Mr Trump says he would be willing to re-enter his country into the Paris accord if it adopts terms more favourable to the US, or comes up with a different agreement.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says President Trump's decision does not change Australia's commitments to the Paris accord.
