Trump says U.S. is 'very prepared' over Iran

United States President Donald Trump has told Time Magazine he's prepared to go to war with Iran to prevent it obtaining nuclear weapons. Iran's President says his country won't wage war on any nation, but tensions are still running high after the U-S announced it was sending another 1,000 troops to the Middle East.
