Trump's cancelled trip to region inevitably seen as slight -- analysts

Australian analysts say United States president Donald Trump's decision to pass up two key summits in the Asia-Pacific, instead sending Vice President Mike Pence, will inevitably be seen as a slight. President Trump has also cancelled a proposed trip to Australia, although he is expected to meet new prime minister Scott Morrison at the upcoming G20 summit in Argentina.
