Typhoon Damrey Brings Widespread Flooding to Vietnam

Vietnam's search and rescue committee said the victims were killed during landslides and when a ship capsized. Authorities were trying to avoid flooding around the city of Danang, where world leaders are meeting for the APEC summit this week.
