UK threatens retaliation if Russia responsible in stricken-spy case

Counterterrorism police have taken over the investigation into why a former Russian spy and his daughter suddenly fell ill in Britain. The British government says, if the Russian government is found to be responsible for their mysterious illnesses, there will be serious consequences.
