UN warns migrants and refugees more vulnerable

The United Nations is warning vulnerable migrants in Libya are being caught in the cross fire of a developing civil conflict. 150 refugees have been evacuated from a detention centre in Tripoli as a renegade military commander leads an assault on the capital.
