On December 8, the United Nations Counter-Narcotics Commission, which carried out a review of Vietnam's implementation of the Anti-Torture Convention in November, published a "concluding remarks."


This includes a long list of issues with a long list of recommendations and recommendations.

According to Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thang, General Director and President of Boat People SOS and a participant in the review, the recommendations and requests of the Board exceeded expectations.

Vietnam has 12 months to meet these recommendations and requirements.
