A landmark step has been taken towards the implementation of the world's first comprehensive agreement tackling climate change.The United States and China -- the world's two biggest producers of greenhouse gases -- formally approved a deal reached in Paris last year.President Obama says it might be remembered as the moment we finally decided to save the planet.
