In the United States, Democrat and vice-presidential nominee Tim Kaine has accused the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump of breaking a promise to release his tax records.
Senator Kaine made the claims during a vice-presidential debate with Republican Indiana Governor Mike Pence ahead of the election next month.
