A high profile Australian foreign aid project in the Pacific nation of Vanuatu has descended into legal acrimony with a Townsville company suing for what it claims are millions in unpaid costs.


Prime minister Scott Morrison personally opened the project in January when he visited the capital Port Vila and is being called on to intervene.
