Vietnam: Concert goers abused kidnapped and tortured by police

On 17 August 2018, the Mini show by the Bolero singer Nguyen Tin at Cafe "Casanova" District 3, Saigon was barricaded with security forces. including uniforms, casual clothing and community guards. The show was demanded to stop around 9:30 pm by the authority. Nguyen Tin and some of the guests, including Pham Doan Trang, Nguyen Dat, Bao Nhi Le, were taken away by the authority with no good reason and no warranty. They then were beaten badly, tripped off all of their belongings including money and mobile phone and abandoned in a middle of nowhere at 3 am the next day while their hands curbed and their head covered in a bag.
