Vietnam is embarrassed at the UN meeting in Geneva

Due to the signing of the Convention, Vietnam is obliged to report the average every five years, but after being absent two times and the previous review 17 years ago.

Unexpectedly, the Vietnamese delegation is a member of the Committee asking questions that Vietnam cannot answer transparently.
