Around 6:00 am on January 8, 2019, the authorities brought four bulldozers, fire engines and hundreds of people in both uniform and plain clothes to take over Loc Hung Vegetable farm in Ward 6, Tan Binh District. Electricity, internee WiFi are shut down, all roads leading to Loc Hung Vegetable farm are blocked.
