The Government Inspectorate issued Notice on state management and implementation of laws in planning, construction management and land in Thu Thiem New Urban Area , Ho Chi Minh City.
However, the notice did not mention that 15,000 households were relocated outside the Decision 367; not mentioning 4.3 hectares of Binh An ward outside the planning boundary; not mentioning that 160 hectares of resettlement have disappeared; not mentioning about 115 people signing their collective complaints.
Will Thu Thiem case be resolved?
